About Professor Arogyaswami J. Paulraj


Prof. Paulraj turned 70 in April, 2014. The Smart Antennas Research Group (SARG) he led from 1993 - 2014 has been the pioneer in MIMO wireless research and it nurtured many of today’s leaders in MIMO wireless in academia and industry. Prof. Paulraj also worked with a number of colleagues in Silicon Valley companies that he was linked with as a founder or adviser. His contributions have been recognized by many recognitions including the 2011 IEEE Alexander Graham Bell Medal and the 2014 Marconi Prize and Fellowship.
